Tasha brings over 20 years of healthcare experience, including 7+ years in the personal care home sector. As Chief Operating Officer  of Ridge Manor Senior Living, she built a strong operational foundation across both small 6-bed homes and larger multi-site communities, consistently delivering high-quality, resident-centered care while supporting growth throughout Georgia.

 

Her expertise includes payer mix strategies (private pay, LTC insurance, VA Aid & Attendance, and Medicaid waivers), licensure, regulatory compliance, and state surveys—with a proven record of exceeding standards. She has supported residents across all levels of care, from low-support to end-of-life, while fostering close partnerships with hospice and healthcare providers.

 

A hands-on leader, Tasha has recruited, trained, and mentored dedicated care teams, driving retention and cultivating a culture of compassion. She is skilled in turnaround operations, occupancy growth, and scalable expansion, having helped Ridge Manor stabilize, grow, and launch new communities.

 

Today, through Elite Senior Care Solutions, she partners with personal care homes across Georgia to deliver strategic guidance, compliance oversight, and operational support—empowering owners and administrators to create thriving, compliant, and compassionate senior living communities.
